Defensive Documentation for Daily Treatment Notes

The Defensive Documentation course introduces new practitioners (or seasoned practitioners) who are new to documenting defensively to the most iconic elements of this style of note-taking. Overview of the Upper Extremity in Occupational Therapy

The learner of this course has been taught an overview of the upper extremity related to Occupational Therapy as it applies to a clinical perspective.
